The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, close to shops and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean en-suite bathrooms. the staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. the breakfast offers a good selection of food and drinks. Guests have access to a Spa & Wellness Centre for relaxation. Plus, the hotel provides a Pass that offers discounts and free transportation in the area.

The dinner menu's quality seems to have declined compared to previous years.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff who made us feel like part of the family. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with our rooms being cleaned thoroughly every day. The hotel facilities, such as the ski room with boot driers, were well-maintained and convenient for our skiing holiday. The location was perfect, just a short drive or ski bus ride away from the slopes of Latemar. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of both continental and Italian options.

The breakfast had a great variety of options and the hot chocolate was delicious. the hotel was located right by the bus stop, which made our skiing experience easy and fun. We also enjoyed the daily free afternoon snacks, perfect for a quick pick-me-up between skiing and dinner.

The rooms were a bit outdated and the bathroom was small, but the daily cleaning service made it manageable.
